Jira Administration & Event Coordination
8+ years leading across technology, hospitality, education, real estate, and nonprofits — from 500-person galas to agile coordination for growing teams. Whatever the scale, I help people and groups work better together through clear roles, ownership, and sensible systems.
What I do
I build Jira instances that people actually open. Workflows, dashboards, and visibility layers designed for how your team works — not how a manual says they should. From messy stacks to clean systems that leadership trusts.
Complex events without the chaos. I handle ownership maps, communication layers, run-of-show, and contingency plans so your event day feels controlled and calm. You get to focus on being present, greeting people, and representing your organization.
Selected work
01 / Jira Administration
Montana State University
Built a Jira-based student advising case management system from scratch. Identified the gap, designed the workflow, and trained the team. Director formally adopted it across the department.
02 / Operations
Big Brothers Big Sisters
Led a full CRM migration while maintaining program continuity. Built internal documentation, managed cross-functional data integrity, and kept the team aligned throughout the transition.
03 / Event Coordination
Hospitality & Nonprofit
Coordinated high-stakes events across venues, vendors, and cross-functional teams, managing staff and volunteers, stakeholder communication, and day-of logistics without missed handoffs. Calm is a skill that I carry with me.
About
I have spent 8+ years at the intersection of people and process across technology, hospitality, higher education, real estate, and nonprofits. The through-line in all of it is simple: I build clear systems so teams can work together better.
At Montana State, I built a Jira advising system that leadership formally adopted across the department. I have led CRM migration work while keeping teams supported and aligned, and I have coordinated events from smaller gatherings to 500+ person experiences. I do my best work when details matter, communication has to be clear, and teams need structure they can trust.
Outside of work, I run trails, host a women's book club, and cook everything from scratch. At home, I have 2 dogs and 4 cats. I believe in warmth without fluff, precision without coldness, and follow-through that feels like relief.

Whether you've got a Jira instance that's turned into a graveyard, an event that needs a steadier hand, or an operation that's outgrown its current setup — I'd love to hear about it.
